Who Manages the Neighborhood?
Our Management Company is Associa. Also known as Community Association Services of Indiana or C.A.S.I. - But since that's a mouthful, just call them Associa!
They handle mailings, HOA Dues (The mailer went out in December and has your account details and amount due), Budget, Neighborhood violations, covenants/by-laws concerns/questions, Architectural Review questions and more. If you need help or have a concern, you can reach out to Associa directly at:

Our community HOA Board members strive to maintain, preserve, and enhance the lives of all residents by keeping their best interests in mind. Our board consists of 5 extremely dedicated and passionate people that put a lot of time and effort into making our neighborhood a better place to live!
The current board members are Chase Eaton, Amanda Morrow, Raven Earley, Robert Gomez, and Lauren McGrew. We have an advisory member, Kevin Shumaker, who helps make decisions and contributes ideas without the added responsibilities of voting, etc that a board member has.
We also have many other volunteers who donate their time and resources to make our neighborhood great! We would like to thank everyone who has contributed this year!
