HOA CCR's (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) are essentially a list of Rules that must be followed to maintain good standing within the neighborhood. The full document is over 40 pages. The CCR committee and HOA Board have put together a proposal to amend some of the CCR's that have been in existence since the neighorhood was started over 20 years ago. Some of these rules are outdated and needed updated to make sense in today's times. Please take a look at the CCR's and proposed amendments.
