As discussed at the 2025 Annual Meeting, the annual dues needed to be increased for 2026. While we know this is unfortunate, as we wish they could stay the same forever, the increasing costs of running the neighborhood have forced the increase.
 
This is not a decision that was made lightly and there was a lot of back and forth before coming to this conclusion.
