Pool Key Card FAQs

  • Resident must be current on all HOA dues and not have any disciplinary actions on their account (violations, etc). If your address is not in good standing, your Access Card will NOT work!

  • Each address will only have 1 active card. If you have multiple, please bring the extra one(s) to the Pool to turn in. If you have multiple cards, the other cards will be deactivated, so please let us know which card you prefer to use before this happens.

  • Renters must obtain their card from their landlord. Because they sign the covenants of the Neighborhood, they are the ones that can obtain the cards.

  • Key Card will give you access to the main pool gate and the restrooms (if locked).

  • Residents are prohibited from sharing their access card with non-residents and/or letting in other guests with non-working cards. This is for the safety and security of our residents.

  • Any violations of rules at the pool or repeated disciplinary action may result in the suspension of access for ALL members of the household.
