Pool Key Card FAQs
-
Resident must be current on all HOA dues and not have any disciplinary actions on their account (violations, etc). If your address is not in good standing, your Access Card will NOT work!
-
Each address will only have 1 active card. If you have multiple, please bring the extra one(s) to the Pool to turn in. If you have multiple cards, the other cards will be deactivated, so please let us know which card you prefer to use before this happens.
-
Renters must obtain their card from their landlord. Because they sign the covenants of the Neighborhood, they are the ones that can obtain the cards.
-
Key Card will give you access to the main pool gate (Not the Side gate) and the restrooms (if locked).
-
Residents are prohibited from sharing their access card with non-residents and/or letting in other guests with non-working cards. This is for the safety and security of our residents.
-
Any violations of rules at the pool or repeated disciplinary action may result in the suspension of access for ALL members of the household.
Send a request to get a Key Card for access to the Pool Amenities. A reminder that your Account with the HOA must be in good standing with no current violations or balance in order to gain access to the pool area!
NOTE: Renters should have received an access card from your Landlord. Please reach out to them prior to submitting this form. If authorized, Renters will need to provide a copy of their lease agreement before receiving a key card.
ONE Access Card per household. If a new card is issued, your old card will be deactivated. If you have an old card that hasn't worked in the past, please don't request a new card. Just send us an email to POOLACCESS@DEERPATHHOA.ORG with a photo of your current card and we can re-program it and save you the $25!
There will be a fee of $25 to obtain or replace a Pool Access Card - Even if you personally have never received one. There was one card assigned to each address and is supposed to be passed on from one homeowner to the next.
NOTICE: PLEASE DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR THE SAME ADDRESS. THAT WILL ONLY SLOW DOWN THE PROCESS. IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION OR CONCERN, PLEASE EMAIL BOARD@DEERPATHHOA.ORG
