Want to make an improvement to the outside of your home?

If you're new to a neighborhood with an HOA, we have several governing documents that have the do's & don'ts of things you can do to improve the look of the home while maintaining the integrity and continuity of the neighborhood. It's not to be overly controlling. We truly want everyone's home values to remain high for a long time! The best way to do that is to run all major changes (fence, roof, exterior paint, decks/patios, siding, mailboxes, etc) through a group called the "architectural committee". This group takes into consideration the by-laws/covenants of the neighborhood while also making sure to have a little bit of creative justice in the process. All changes must be approved by the committee BEFORE you make them! Failure to do so could result in the removal of your changes until they meet the specs. Save yourself the hassle (and money) by getting approval first!

You can find the appropriate forms on TownSq.io or the TownSq app! The committee can take up to 30 days to get back to you, so you're best to get all documentation and information requested to expedite the process!
