Common Questions

Who should I contact if I spot a burned out street light?

The majority of the time, these streets lights are the City of Noblesville's responsibility. You can report the light here. For those that aren't found on Noblesville Street Department's site, contact the HOA here.

When are assessments due and how should I pay?

Each year, the Annual Dues are due Jan 1. They are currently $300 and set to increase in 2026 and 2027. If payment is not received within 30 days of due date, the resident will begin accruing late fees on their account. Once the account is past 90 days, it will be turned over to collections. Additional fees will begin accruing with each notice that is sent out. Once the account is with the attorney for collections, payment can only be made to the attorney (with added fees from the attorneys).

Fees can be made via TownSq, in person at Associa in Carmel or via mail.

What are the bylaws of your community?
