Join us Thursday, March 23rd, 2026, for our Annual Meeting!

This will be at 7:oopm at Deer Creek Elementary School. Doors open at 6:30pm

You should have received an HOA Annual Meeting notice in the mail containing meeting details, a board nominee form, a committee interest form, and your proxy. This required "annual meeting" is held to Vote on HOA Board members and go over important topics related to the community. Your attendance is important.

Please note that we will have representatives from the Street Department, Management Company and possibly other reps from the City. The informational meeting will take place on Monday, March 23rd. 

 

If QUORUM is not met, we will RECONVENE at the Pool House (the area near the Community Pool located at 12109 Wolf Run Rd) on Tuesday the 24th, then again (if needed) 25th and 26th. Those subsequent meetings will NOT include informational sessions and will be solely for the purpose of voting for new Board of Directors positions and any other necessary voting.  

 

The Proxy Vote - aka "absentee ballot" - is very important! If you cannot attend the annual meeting, this will allow you to still vote via an attending neighbor. You sign the form and assign your neighbor or friend to vote for you.

Your vote will be exactly as your friend votes, so choose your proxy wisely!

Anyone wishing to run for a Board of Director position or serve on a committee should complete and return the Nomination Form that you received in the mail by Noon on March 23rd, 2026. Fill it out and send it to pcoovert@ekirkpatrick.com.
