• All children must be accompanied by an adult. 

• Residents must be paid current on their HOA dues. If your card doesn't work & dues are paid, please contact Board@deerpathhoa.org

• All Teenagers ages 15-17 must have a parent sign a waiver prior to being allowed to participate in swimming at the pool. 

• Any repeated discipline at the pool may result in the removal of pool privileges for the entire household. This is at the sole discretion of the lifeguards/monitors, HOA Board and Associa management company.

• Food and drinks are permitted, but please help us keep the pool area clean by disposing of all trash in your area.
