A little bit about the Neighborhood:
The Deer Path neighborhood was developed in the early 2000s near Ruoff Music Center (formerly known as Deer Creek as well as many other names). It is a beautiful neighborhood that displays a wide array of homes and combines walking trails, community pool and park as well as beautiful nature areas/ponds throughout.

Enclave at Deer Path
Meadows at Deer Path
Preserve at Deer Path

The various names were created as the neighborhood expanded over the years.
