Attention Homeowners! 
Shelly Burbank, the Deer Path homeowner message board administrator, has indicated that numerous homeowners who recently requested userids for the message board have not yet answered the e-mail requesting their last name and address for verification purposes. If you or someone you know is included in this group, please check your e-mail inbox, SPAM folder, etc. to see if you received an e-mail asking for this information.
The e-mail read something like this.....
Greetings! We're glad you've chosen to join our community message board. Before your membership can be approved we need some information from you. In order to maintain our community's safety we require all members of the message board to provide me, Shelly Burbank, with their last name and address. This information is not used for any purpose other than to verify your status as a Deer Path homeowner. It is a security precaution. We want to ensure that all members using the message board are Deer Path residents in order to create the safest environment possible for our residents to feel comfortable discussing any matter regarding our community without fear of strangers lurking on our board.
You can go to the message board site, register and wait for the welcome e-mail requesting your information or you can send me an e-mail (crimewatch@deerpathhoa.org) stating you are signing up for the message board, and provide me your information in the e-mail. Once I see your membership request I can simply approve it.
RENTERS: If you are not the homeowner and you rent the Deer Path home, please provide me with the name of the actual homeowner, your last name and the address of the home you are renting. |
