Noblesville Neighborhood Network: In 2009 the City of Noblesville began meeting with Noblesville HOAs and POAs to increase communication between the city and its residents, and to take steps to make Noblesville the place to call home. In 2010 the consortium of Noblesville communities was officially designated the Noblesville Neighborhood Network. Today this group meets bi-monthly in Noblesville City Hall, and is sponsored by the Mayor's office but run by its members. The purpose of the group is to provide a forum for discussion of issues commonly faced by boards of directors responsible for managing neighborhood associations. All neighborhood associations in the city of Noblesville are invited to appoint representatives to this group. To join, please contact Cara Culp in the Mayor's office at cculp@noblesville.in.us. There is no cost to the association to belong to this group.
