New Homeowner Info

Welcome New Deer Path homeowners!
All new homeowners should receive a packet of information from their realtor.  If you do not receive this, you can contact Kirkpatrick Management and notify them that you are new homeowner.  As a homeowner, you are entitled to use of the community pool. If you do not receive a key fob for the pool from the previous owner, please contact our property manager for assistance in obtaining it.
The governing documents of the Deer Path Homeowners Association include the Articles of Incorporation, the By-Laws, and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions. These are the documents that govern how the Association is run. They set the organization, the rules and the policies. Any questions about these, or recommendations for change should be proposed to the Board of Directors.
Some resourceful residents have established a Deer Path Facebook Page. This site is maintained by residents of the community, not the Deer Path HOA. Content or discussions on the forum are not reviewed by the HOA nor its representatives.
