Located just north of Indianapolis in thriving Hamilton County, the communities of Deer Path are located on SR 238 (Greenfield Avenue), west of I-69, between Boden Road and Summer Road. Three distinct sections comprise Deer Path, including the Preserve at Deer Path, the Enclave at Deer Path, and the Meadows of Shelbourne at Deer Path { map}. This master planned community offers ranch and two-story home plans, along with numerous amenities for the whole family to enjoy such as a pool, playground, basketball court, tennis court, soccer fields, walking trails, and much more. Deer Path is part of the city of Noblesville, Wayne Township, and the Hamilton Southeastern School District.
The first homes in Deer Path were constructed in 1999, and currently the Deer Path Homeowners Association (HOA) includes over 1,300 homeowners. New homes are being started daily by Beazer Homes and Centex Homes, and our community boasts neighbors such as Klipsch Music Center, the Noblesville Corporate Campus, and the new Hamilton Town Center Mall. Homeowners also enjoy easy access to nearby grocers, retailers, hospitals, major roadways (SR238, SR37, SR32, I-69, 146th Street), and local attractions (Morse Reservoir, Geist Reservoir, Hoosier Park, Conner Prairie Living History Museum, Castleton Square Mall, Clay Terrace).
Deer Path Homeowner's Association
The Deer Path Homeowner's Association (HOA) is controlled by a Board of Directors whose members are elected at official HOA meetings. During the 2011 turnover meeting, the following homeowners were elected to serve one-year terms.
